INSTRUCTOR SHAWN MAINES
Shawn Maines is a US Army veteran and a first degree BJJ black belt under 4x IBBJF World Champion and UFC veteran, Fredson Paixao. Because of his military service, Shawn has trained all over the world. He has been privileged to be a part of several highly regarded teams such as Easton BJJ, Chute Boxe, Checkmat, and Relson Gracie.
Shawn brings over 17 years of Jiu Jitsu experience and his patient, yet distinctly enthusiastic style of instruction to Fredericksburg.
